Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange is allowed within 3 days from the date of purchase, subject to company policy.

Original invoice must be presented for all exchanges.

Products once sold are not refundable. Cash buy-back is not applicable.

All price differences, making charges, local taxes, or duties (if applicable) at the time of exchange shall be borne by the customer.

Customized, altered, or special-order items cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order is confirmed.

Any gifts or promotional items issued at the time of purchase must be returned in original condition at the time of exchange. Failing which, the value of the gift will be deducted accordingly.
