GENERAL TERMS

FADHA JEWELS sells Silver or  Gold bars, coins, bullion, and precious stones on a sale-only basis. Buy-back, repurchase, or resale of these items to FADHA JEWELS is not applicable under any circumstances.

FADHA JEWELS offers lifetime free cleaning and polishing service for jewellery purchased from our store. This service excludes repairs, stone replacement, or alterations.

All customer orders must be collected within 3 months from the delivery date mentioned on the voucher. The original voucher/invoice must be produced at the time of collection.

FADHA JEWELS reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting any exchange.
